IQ Level Training

We do physical activities to strengthen our muscles, but we forget to take care of our brains as they also need exercise to build shape and organize it well. 

The brain functions like an operating system, stores our memory, and give us response. If our brain is strong, it'll allow us to become more mentally fitter and retentive. 

For this, we organize a weekly activity for our employees to have fun and boost their brain functionality. We follow different activities for this like: 

Puzzles

We introduce some puzzle games to our teams for endless brain exercise and allow them to find from the internet. We believe this's an excellent exercise for the brain, so our employees don't have any break to want to do it and charge up their brains. 

Sudoku

Sudoku is such an excellent game for people who may hate numbers. It's a fantastic game if the player has a basic understanding of it. You'll get addicted to this game because it's an excellent workout for your brain as you've to calculate which numbers will fit in the box. 

Crosswords

People subscribe print newspapers because of the crossword that comes daily. It's become a habit for those who can't think to attempt anything without solving this game-a great way to have a strong vocabulary and general knowledge.
